What do you call a writer who’s not writing? Okay, don’t answer that question. Try this one instead. What do you call a blogger who hasn’t blogged in almost two years? Whew – amongst yourselves feel free to discuss a long dry spell or life getting in the way. Ultimately, it’s all about process and I am definitely a work in process.
Starting back slowly. Thought I might say Hi. Decided to change my profile pic. Hoped I might be able to manage a post a week. Look for me on Thursdays.
Here’s a couple of photo pics for the week – winter kayaking. Not a bad way to pass the time.
Hi, Francis. I’m so glad to see your post! Only this morning I was thinking and wondering about where you’ve been. I hope you are well and safe from this past year’s trials and tribulations. I look forward for more of your posts. I still pound the keys and blog, but not nearly as often as I should. Stay in touch!
Mark
Thanks, Mark. We are fine and as well as can be expected during a pandemic. Living in a rural location and being somewhat introverted to start with, our lives haven’t changed all that much and at the same time, massively! Is that confusing? What a time we are living through. Missing in person visits with close family and friends. Glad you are still pounding the keys. I am looking forward to getting back to some form of writing. Take care.
Please stay in touch, and do get back to writing!😊
Glad to see you back, Francis. I haven’t been blogging much lately either. I love your kayaking photos.
Happy to see your comment, Nicole! I always enjoyed your Facebook posts pointed the way to important social change and life in general. Kayaking is something new in the last couple of years and it is quite liberating to be out on the water. A new way for us to enjoy this lake we have been living beside for so many years. Here’s to blogging again!
Hi! These photos are absolutely gorgeous! What a magical place to live 🙂
Yes, indeed! As you know first hand 🙂 So nice to see your smile.
I hope we can see each other in person again!!
Glad to see you again and hoping for more blogs now!
Many, many things to say and nothing at all – being a writer not writing is oh so challenging. What can I say? No promises but blog ideas keep popping into my head.
It’s very good to see you again. And your photos are simply amazing!
The photos are Bruce’s work and they sure are great! Thanks, Debra. Nice to be back in the blogosphere 🙂
Welcome back Francis. Love your profile pic, and that mist on the lake is awesome.
Thanks, Roy. Nice to be back and making writing something, anything a routine once again.
